Tampa Bay Rays new portal has now been launched for their 2014 season. From this Portal their fans are able to manage their tickets, Load their E-Cash, and view their Marketplace. The Marketplace is a first for the Rays it has developed into a place where their members can burn the points they earn through attendance, purchasing items and upgrading tickets.
The Rays already have our Access system both in the concourse and corporate areas. The addition of E-Cash has become one of the new and main features of the Tropicana Field with all of our Egg readers being incorporated into their Point of Sale areas. The Egg readers not only read their customers Season cards but in the future will also read their Mobile phones.
This is just the start of the progress at Tropicana Field and the start of our work alongside the Tampa Bay Rays.
