Sell match day tickets outside stadium grounds with Fortress' new Interactive Kiosks
Fortress GB is delighted to announce its innovative new kiosk, unique to sport clubs. The kiosk offers fans interactive services such as ticket and digital content sales while capturing fans CRM data.
Kiosks can be deployed in either a fixed or mobile format at any location around your stadium - meaning that you can position them outside of your grounds for fans to purchase match daytickets and other interactive items. The flexible nature of the kiosk's software means that the interactive kiosk's can offer many other services to suit clubs requirements.
Fans using the kiosks will enjoy various services by simply holding their smartcard in front of an RF reader integrated to the kiosk. Services include: find your seat, view online programmes, electronic money loading, club merchandise sales, promotional coupons and online betting. Additionally, clubs will be able to use the kiosk screens to advertise club or sponsors promotions, thus creating additional revenues for the club.
The kiosks will also offer fans mobile phone related content such as download club ring tones, wallpapers, images and video clips as well as purchase phone top ups, all creating new revenue stream for the club.
